Hi, I’m erica

I started out in the corporate world in marketing, but once I realized I didn’t want to contribute anymore to shareholders’ bottom line, I began to study energy. From the Schumann Resonance (it calculates lunar, solar, atmospheric and human energy) to healing, to somatic trauma-informed care. It sounds like a word salad of identities but they all mean one thing. I care about helping others have a better life. It really can be as simple as that.

You may ask how I made such a huge turn in career. It could have been the environment, my spiritual evolution, or maybe I realized I wanted to help others one-on-one, or it could be that I lost my dad to suicide and I wanted to do everything I could to help prevent others from taking their lives, too. I would say it’s a combination. There’s never been a better time to be informed about our bodies, as I believe we’re evolving it in real time. I believe neurodivergent humans are the evolved human and that every human born in the future will have a neurodivergent brain.

You can see evidence of it now.

And with that evolution we will need energy healers and practitioners who understand trauma, somatic energy, neurodivergence, and why energy affects us the way it does. I may be a little early to this career, and that’s okay. I know the world will catch up sooner rather than later.

Here’s a little about my background:

I’m certified as an energy healer through a wonderful program by Cristina Aroche, who is a bright light in this world. Make sure to check out her youtube, she knows what’s she’s talking about. I am also certified as a trauma-informed practitioner by The Centre for Healing (accredited by CPD, IAOTH, ICHAP). I’m currently in the process of obtaining certification in their somatic embodied processing program, as well.

I believe the body keeps the score, but it also creates your map. In learning these modalities, I hope to help others navigate life’s roller coaster and for us to find those energy blocks in the body and release them together.
